How Does Click & Collect Work?
Step 1: Place Your Order Online
At the checkout,you will be offered the choice of home delivery or collect in-store. Choose your nearest McCauley Pharmacy from the drop-down list and complete your order.
Step 2: Wait For The 'Ready To Collect' Email
You will receive a 'Ready to Collect' email to confirm that your order is available for collection. Please wait for this confirmation email before you come in to store to collect your order.
Step 3: Collect In-Store
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse to your chosen store within 2 - 4 working days. Head to your chosen store with a copy of your confirmation email and you'll be handed over your package, that’s it!

How long does is take to arrive in-store?
It takes between 2 – 4 working days for your order to arrive in store.
How will I know when my order is in-store?
When your order is ready for collection in store you will receive an email to notify you that your order is ready for collection.
What do I need to bring when collecting my order?
You will need to bring your Order Confirmation Email (either printed or on a phone/tablet) and the payment card you used to purchase the items.
Can I pay in-store?
No, Click and Collect is the same as shopping online but your order is delivered to your local McCauley Pharmacy.
How much does is cost?
Free for orders over €39 and a €2.50 charge for orders under €39.
How do I make a return through Click & Collect?
You must return items to the Click and Collect store you collected your order from. Remember to bring your receipt.
How do I receive my refund?
If you have paid by card you will receive your refund back to your card. Please bring your card to your store.
If you have paid by Paypal, we can offer you a gift card of equivalent refund value that you can use in store and online or a cash refund.
How long do I have to collect my order from the store?
Your order will be kept in the store for 7 days. After 7 days if your order has not been collected it will be returned to the online store.
