HYDRATING VS MOISTURIZING - WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?
Hydrators work to increase the water content of the skin. These target dehydrated skin. E.G. Hyaluronic acid. Moisturizers help seal moisture into the skin. These target dry skin. E.G. Peptide moisturizer
