Q10 (CoQ10) from Pharma Nord was one of the first CoQ10 products on the market and is of superior purity and quality. Coenzyme Q10 levels decrease with age and/or illness and so supplementation is important. This 100mg version may be beneficial for people on cholesterol-lowering statin medication.
Co Q 10 works with enzymes to make energy in the body, and is also an antioxidant. Other benefits of CoQ10 include supporting a healthy cardiovascular system and aiding hypertension. The addition of Vitamin C provides support to energy levels which may reduce fatigue.
Recommended Dosage: One capsule to be taken daily with food, or as otherwise directed by your doctor. Not suitable for vegetarians. One capsule contains: Ubidecarenon (Co-Enzyme Q10) 100mg. Vitamin C 12mg.
