How to use
Adults:
5ml (1 teaspoon) per day, with food. Please consult your doctor if you are pregnant or taking medication before using this product.
Can be taken directly, or stirred into cold foods and drinks or salad dressings.
Do not exceed a daily intake of 5 g of EPA and DHA.
