This foot file is perfect for removing hard skin and callus build up on the feet.
The stainless steel handle and abrasive pads on both sides make the file hard wearing and easy to use.
For long lasting results that leaves soft and smooth to the touch, use 1-2 times a week on dry skin.
Work on areas of thickened, hard, calloused skin and follow with the Conditioning Foot Cream to hydrate the skin.
Suitable for Vegetarians, all skin types, diabetics and during pregnancy.
For best results use once or twice a week on dry skin before you bathe.
Work on areas of thickened or calloused skin, filing towards the midline of the foot whilst being careful not to over-grip the file. Follow with the Conditioning Foot Cream.
Clean with warm soapy water and a nail brush. Dab dry with a clean towel. Do not leave immersed in water.
Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Diabetics and those with poor circulation should use with caution.
Keep out of reach of children. Do not place directly on surfaces as scratching may occur
