A source of Methyl Folate, it delivers x3 greater absorption than standard folic acid and works in tune with your body. 

Supplemental intake of 400μg (400mcg) of folic acid is recommend for all women for at least one month prior to conception and continued at that level for the first 3 months of pregnancy to help reduce the risk of neural tube defects (NTD's). Folic Acid is a recommended prenatal supplement and is used in preconception and in pregnancy.
