It consists of soy isoflavones, essential fatty acids such as ALA, linseed oil, folic acid, calcium and a selection of key vitamins. Together these nutrients help to prevent bone loss, a common occurrence during menopause. This supplement may also help to reduce the frequency and severity of embarrassing symptoms such as hot flushes.
