WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

If the status of your order is pending paid, that means we still have to process it. Once we've processed the order, we will dispatch within 2 business days and send it to DPD (our delivery partner). Delivery can take 2 - 4 business days in Ireland. **Orders may take longer during Black Friday and Christmas period** Click & Collect orders are delivered to our stores within the same time frame (For more Click & Collect details, click here.) ) Please await email confirmation from your Click & Collect store that your order is ready to collect. 

HOW DO I RETURN A PARCEL?

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact [email protected]. Please allow 24 hours for a response, and we will arrange for your parcel to be collected and a new one to be resent. Alternatively, we'll refund the incorrect item received and arrange a pickup.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once a refund is issued, please allow 3-5 working days for processing by your bank.

I CAN'T SEEM TO CONTACT DPD?

If you have any issues with DPD tracking or problems with your delivery, please contact us at [email protected], and we will assist you in resolving the matter.

CAN I USE A MCCAULEY GIFT CARD ONLINE?

Yes, both digital and physical gift cards can be used.
