Irish Botanica Peace & Calm Oral Liquid (previously known as Irish Botanica Valerian Oral Liquid) can aid in reducing the levels of anxiety a person feels and can also aid sleep. This product is a traditional herbal medicinal product. Using this product can reduce the level of anxiety one feels and can help one to sleep better.
Directions
Adults: To aid sleep: To aid sleep: Take one 5ml spoonful 30 minutes before bedtime. A second dose can be taken during the night if required. For the symptomatic relief of mild anxiety: Take one 5ml spoonful.
Ingredients
Each 5ml of the liquid contains 2ml of tincture from dried Valerian (Valeriana officinalis root) 1:2. Also contains liquorice liquid extract, orange oil, lemon oil, coriander oil, anise oil, ethanol and sucrose.
