How to UseTo use as a kohl: apply kohl pencil inside the lower lash line with a stroke that is soft but firm enough to maintain standard eyeliner looks within a longer scope of time. To use as ''liquid'' eye liner: draw a line along the base of your upper and / or lower lashes. Blend the kohl pencil onto the eyelid using the natural hair brush applicator, adapting the swift of the kohl pencil for a smokey or sharp outcome.
